Cilantro Lime Cream Sauce

This sauce was created to go over our mussel in beer recipe but you will find it great on ther fish and seafood. It’s even good on veggies.


1 cup sour cream

2 cups cilantro, firmly packed

3 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed

3 teaspoons fresh garlic, finely chopped

1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt


Put cilantro, lime juice, garlic and salt in food processor. Process until pureed. Add sour cream, process until blended.
