Cilantro Lime Cream Sauce

This sauce was created to go over our mussel in beer recipe but you will find it great on other fish and seafood. It’s even good on veggies.

This cream is an absolute show stopper as a final topping to our Mussels in Beer

Ingredients

1 cup sour cream

2 cups cilantro, firmly packed

3 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed

3 teaspoons fresh garlic, finely chopped

1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

Directions

Put cilantro, lime juice, garlic and salt in food processor. Process until pureed. Add sour cream, process until blended.
