Ginger Garlic Butter
All herb butters can be made in advance. They store in the refrigerator a couple of weeks or can be frozen for longer periods of time.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons fresh garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
2 tablespoons Mae Ploy (sweet chili sauce)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
4 ounces unsalted butter, softened
Directions
Combine all ingredients except butter, process until smooth.
Add butter, process until smooth.
