Ginger Garlic Butter

All herb butters can be made in advance. They store in the refrigerator a couple of weeks or can be frozen for longer periods of time.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh garlic, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons Mae Ploy (sweet chili sauce)

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 4 ounces unsalted butter, softened 

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients except butter, process until smooth.

  • Add butter, process until smooth.
