Grilled Laughing Bird Shrimp

Laughing Bird Shrimp are an aqua cultured (farmed) shrimp from Belize. They are raised in a closed system which is totally environmentally friendly and sustainable. They come to us fresh, peeled and deveined, not to mention some of the best tasting shrimp around! They are small which makes them perfect for soups, salads, shrimp gravy or over pasta. With the use of a grill pan, they cook up quite nicely on the grill.
