Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 3 tablespoons fresh shallots, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons capers

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped

  • 2 teaspoons Louisiana hot sauce or tabasco sauce

  • 2 teaspoons lime zest

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor, pulse until combined. Enjoy!
