Remoulade Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons fresh shallots, chopped
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons Louisiana hot sauce or tabasco sauce
2 teaspoons lime zest
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients to a food processor, pulse until combined. Enjoy!
