Spicy Longbranch Oyster Shooters


  • 24 oysters, shucked

  • 1 cup Longbranch Bloody Mary Zinger mix (sold here)

  • 2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 tablespoon cholula hot sauce

  • 24 very very thin celery sticks for garnish

  • 24 shot glasses


  • Mix all ingredients well except for oysters.

  • Add a small amount of mix to bottom of glass, add oyster and top off with more mix. When using vodka, pour that first, then the oyster and the mix.

  • Garnish with celery stick.

  • Makes 24 oyster shooters. Enjoy
