Spicy Tuna Mix

Ingredients

  • Fresh Ahi tuna, coarsely chopped

  • Chili oil

  • Togarashi (Japanese chili peppers)

  • Hot chili sauce (Sriracha)

  • Masago (smelt roe)

  • Scallions, thinly sliced and rinsed

Directions

  • Mix equal portions of each spice and taste.

  • Mix tuna in gently. Add the masago and scallions last.
