White Bean Puree

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cannelini beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped

  • 2 teaspoons fresh oregano

  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 

Directions

  • Put all ingredients execept olive oil in food processor or blender. Blend until smooth, slowly add olive oil thru top.

  • Chill and serve. Enjoy!
