White Bean Puree
Ingredients
2 cans cannelini beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons fresh oregano
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Put all ingredients execept olive oil in food processor or blender. Blend until smooth, slowly add olive oil thru top.
Chill and serve. Enjoy!
