Champagne Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup champagne vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh oregano
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
In a blender or food processor, add champagne vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Blend until well combined. Slowly pour olive oil thru the top until mixed. Add to salad.
Makes enough for one large bowl of mixed green or any other salad. Enjoy!
