Champagne Vinaigrette Dressing


  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup champagne vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


  • In a blender or food processor, add champagne vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Blend until well combined. Slowly pour olive oil thru the top until mixed. Add to salad.

  • Makes enough for one large bowl of mixed green or any other salad. Enjoy!
