Cilantro Lime Slaw
3 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup cilantro, firmly packed
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon agave nectar
2 teaspoons sea salt
Mix dressing ingredients in food processor, blender, or jar with a lid.
Pour 1/2 the dressing over cabbage and toss. Save remaining dressing for later use.
