Grilled Tuna Burrito Bowl
2 tablespoons fresh garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons lime zest
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound tuna steak
Black Beans ala Terry
Cilantro Lime Slaw
Cooked brown rice
Combine marinade ingredients. Rub on tuna 30 minutes before cooking, leave at room temperature. Grill on high heat 2 minutes per side then let rest.
Slice tuna. Put a scoop of rice in bowl, top with beans, then veggies, then slaw. Finish with tuna , avocados, and then drizzle with extra dressing
