Grilled Tuna Burrito Bowl


Tuna Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons fresh garlic, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons lime zest

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 pound tuna steak

  • Black Beans ala Terry

  • Cilantro Lime Slaw

  • Grilled Veggies

  • Avocados, sliced

  • Cooked brown rice


  • Combine marinade ingredients. Rub on tuna 30 minutes before cooking, leave at room temperature. Grill on high heat 2 minutes per side then let rest.

  • Slice tuna. Put a scoop of rice in bowl, top with beans, then veggies, then slaw. Finish with tuna , avocados, and then drizzle with extra dressing
