Lemon & Garlic Infused Olive Oil

Ingredients

• 1 cup extra virgin olive oil

• 20 cloves of garlic, peeled

• 1/2 cup lemon peel(peel in large strips for easy removal

Directions

• Put all ingredients into a saucepan and simmer for 45 minutes.

• Remove lemon peel and save the garlic.
