Lemon and Garlic Infused Olive Oil

This oil can be used in many ways, use it to marinate your fish before grilling or drizzle some on after grilling. Marinate some asparagus before grilling. Try it on a salad or our Tuna Napoleons. It's even good on chicken.

  • This oil can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for about a week.

  • Use the infused garlic for pesto, marinades, or garnish for recipes like our Tuna Napoleons.


  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 20 cloves of garlic, peeled

  • 1/2 cup lemon peel(peel in large strips for easy removal)


  • Put all ingredients into a saucepan and simmer for 45 minutes. Remove lemon peel and save the garlic.
