Sweet and Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Glaze

Ingredients

  • 6 sweet red peppers, roasted

  • 3 or 4 hot peppers, roasted,  such as serrano or jalapeno

  • 1/2 cup sweet onions, diced

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1/2 cup raw honey

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pink himalayan salt

Directions

  • Peel and seed roasted sweet pepper.

  • Just peel hot peppers.

  • Put all ingredients in food processor and puree.

  • Pour into a saucepan and bring to boil.

  • Reduce heat and simmer for ten minutes until thickened.
