Sweet and Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Glaze
6 sweet red peppers, roasted
3 or 4 hot peppers, roasted, such as serrano or jalapeno
1/2 cup sweet onions, diced
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup raw honey
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons pink himalayan salt
Peel and seed roasted sweet pepper.
Just peel hot peppers.
Put all ingredients in food processor and puree.
Pour into a saucepan and bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for ten minutes until thickened.
