Thai Opah Fillet
Ingredients
1 pound opah fillet
1/2 pound Thai marinade
!/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup fresh snap peas (green beans or snow pea pods are great also)
1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
For optional heat add Sriracha hot sauce to taste
Directions
Marinate the opah in the Thai marinade for about 30 minutes. Add fish and all the marinade to a medium hot skillet. Cook for 3 minutes, add basil, peas, and peppers, cook for 2 more minutes. Flip the fish and add hot sauce if you wish. Cook for 2 to 3 more minutes. Serve over jasmine rice.
