Guava Balsamic Vinaigrette


  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1/4 cup guava jam (Margie's is our favorite)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped

  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt 


  • In food processor or blender combine vinegar, jam, garlic and salt. Slowly stream in olive oil.

  • This is enough dressing to top a large salad
