Guava Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup guava jam (Margie's is our favorite)
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons kosher salt
In food processor or blender combine vinegar, jam, garlic and salt. Slowly stream in olive oil.
This is enough dressing to top a large salad
